The Skylane is a recently refurbished, excellent value for money hotel located just 7 minutes from the terminal buildings with a free shuttle that will take you to the airport with ease. The family-owned hotel is found on the A23 just to the north of Gatwick Airport. The restaurant and bar at the Skylane are both of 17th century brick, with a lovely inglenook fire and wood beams. Real ale is a speciality here to go with the good bar food, or you can enjoy an a la carte meal in the Wheel Restaurant which offers a European menu and also has a vegetarian choice. English and Continental breakfast is served here as well.

The recently refurbished modern and stylish bedrooms, 73 in all, are en-suite with flat screen TV and radio, phone and tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer on request and you will find a welcoming tray in the room when you arrive.

Business meetings and conferences or other events are ideally catered for by the Hotel's specialist rooms, which hold up to 100 people for whatever size function you have in mind. Parking at the Skylane is located on-site at the hotel when you book a room and parking package through Gatwick Reservations. Simply arrive at the hotel, park your car and then take one of the regular shuttle buses to the terminal buildings. On your return just take a shuttle bus back to the hotel, from the terminal at which you arrive, to collect your car.

From the M23 exit at Junction 9, and follow signs for Gatwick Airport. At the 1st roundabout continue straight on. At the next roundabout take the last exit towards the A23. At next roundabout turn right, signposted Redhill A23. At the large interchange with a Shell Garage, follow signs for Redhill A23. The Skylane Hotel Gatwick is on the right after about 250 yards.
